  • From Our Clients: When Zoom acts as a broker for your corporate employer, your personal information is typically provided to us by your employer (or their advisors or service providers) during the insurance setup process. In some cases, your employer may ask us to contact you directly for specific needs.
  • Third-Party Sources: To ensure accurate information and facilitate services like claims processing, we may collect additional information from third parties with your employer's consent. This might include insurance companies, other brokers, credit bureaus, motor vehicle authorities, financial institutions, healthcare providers, and publicly available sources
  • ZoomConnect Events & Webinars: When you participate in ZoomConnect-hosted events or webinars, you may directly provide your information during registration. Alternatively, your employer or colleagues might register you on your behalf.
  • ZoomConnect Platform: We collect information when you interact with the ZoomConnect platform in various ways, such as filling out forms, making transactions, subscribing to newsletters, or contacting us with questions or complaints.
